I was commissioned to lead a strategic redesign of Nielsen-Massey’s customer transactional emails. My goal was to elevate the unboxing and post-purchase digital experience to match the brand’s high-end, heritage reputation. By implementing the classic serif Georgia—a highly legible, web-safe typeface—I maintained a sophisticated, editorial feel while ensuring technical reliability across all devices. This project centered on bringing visual consistency and a premium touch to the most frequent points of customer contact.
