Pampered Chef

Digital Design

At Pampered Chef, each month presented unique challenges, whether focusing on bookings, recruitment, or sales. Regardless of the specific goal, my role centered around maintaining a consistent look, tone, and feel that aligns with the overarching Pampered Chef brand. I was responsible for adhering to monthly brand guidelines that I developed in collaboration with the creative team, front end developers, and executives. This involved creating visually appealing assets that were optimized for both mobile and desktop platforms across multiple pages of our website, including the award winning Deluxe Coffee Machine Landing Page, the Homepage, the Host a Party page, and the Offers page. My efforts ensured that every design element not only met our monthly objectives but also reinforced the integrity and identity of the Pampered Chef brand.

Packaging

For Pampered Chef’s extensive line of pantry products, I helped establish a streamlined template system across various product categories. Leveraging Adobe Illustrator, I managed the lifecycle of these packaging assets from initial updates to final release. This role required a strong attention to detail, as I was responsible for adapting designs, conducting rigorous quality reviews, and executing final pre-press setup to ensure flawless files are sent to the printer.

Print

This project involved a minimal refresh of Pampered Chef’s Season’s Best catalog to reduce visual noise from the previous iteration. Building on the visual identity I initially helped create, I updated the layout with adjustments to typography and larger photography crops. This catalog required close cross-functional collaboration, particularly for the back spread feature. I worked alongside the photo and culinary teams to art-direct layouts where product demos and descriptive copy worked in tandem, ensuring the design supported the culinary narrative without overcrowding the page. Email & Social Design

During my time at Pampered Chef, I served as the design lead for our monthly email marketing initiatives. The holiday window is the most competitive time for our audience’s attention. To ensure Pampered Chef remained top-of-mind, I led the design team in developing a “Holiday Edition” visual identity that pushed our brand boundaries. We experimented with more sophisticated graphics, motion graphics, and unique seasonal textures to create a sense of exclusivity and urgency. This project showcases my ability to maintain our branding while successfully pivoting the “look and feel” to drive higher engagement during high-stakes sales periods.
